vote on the Proposed Third Amendment to the Declaration of Protective
Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for Westbury (hereinafter
referred to as the “Proposed Declaration Amendment”). FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE VISIT http://westburyhoa.org/amendment3. This site will be regularly updated as
questions come in.
By completing the enclosed Proxy Ballot, you are given
the opportunity to vote for or against adoption of the Proposed Declaration
Amendment (if your account is in arrears, you are prohibited from voting in
accordance with Article 4.7). Upon completion,
please return your Ballot to P.M.B. 119 ¨ 11585 Jones Bridge Road ¨ Suite 420 ¨ Alpharetta, Georgia 30022. In
order to be counted, the Ballot must be received or postmarked on
or before November 9, 2004. (you can also drop ballots in 270 Westbury's mailbox through11/9/04)
In order to meet the quorum requirements imposed by the Bylaws, ballots must be returned by members holding at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the Total Association Vote. In order to be adopted, the Proposed Amendment must be approved by members of the Association holding at least two-thirds (2/3) of the Total Association Vote. A separate ballot should be completed for each Lot. All ballots must be dated and signed.
