Westbury Community Association Inc is a
Planned Unit Development (PUD) located in incorporated Johns Creek,
Georgia USA - Fulton County. Westbury
CAI is a Georgia non-profit corporation whose membership is mandatory by
law for all lot owners in the Westbury subdivision. Westbury is a single
family community with modest restrictions against
rental properties and multi-family occupancy.
110 homes make up the Westbury community. Westbury was once pasture land
on rolling hills and the developer and builder took great strides to leave as
much green space as possible in Westbury. Westbury is one of the few
subdivisions in northeast Fulton that was not 100% clear-cut during
development. As a result, Westbury offers plenty of mature hardwood trees
and ample green space. Buffers between each home are at least 25', and
most homes have more. Amenities include an olympic sized swimming pool, two tennis courts, and
playground.
All of the homes in Westbury were built by Ashton
Woods Homes, a subsidiary of the Great Gulf Group Companies. The
subdivision was developed in 1995 and 1996 with home building commencing in 1996
and completion in 2001. Ashton Woods recently ranked
HIGHEST in J.D. Power & Associates annual customer satisfaction
survey of new homeowners!
Property values have risen steadily as the community has taken great strides to
maintain high architectural and landscape standards. Homes sell for 390+ and homes with finished basements have sold from
430+. For more information, please see the Frequently Asked
Questions or contact the Board of Directors.
Westbury is a member of the Johns Creek Community Association.
